The staff was pleasant , professional, courteous from the front desk at check in until checkout(Tracy, Jazmine, Alexis, Greg, I don’t remember all names but even the ladies cleaning the rooms were courteous even though I didn’t get the room clean during my stay👌🏽😊

Great customer service can’t complain just one thing I needed to idle the air condition unit it wasn’t as cold as it should be, but I open the window and I was fine that’s all that was am little issue. I had other than that great will come there again.

Everything was good with the room. I enjoyed the full fridge and I was able to cook while I was there. I also was able to do laundry before leaving, that was great. All of the staff was helpful while I was there.

The man who checked us in, Greg was wonderful and kind. He made us feel so welcomed on our first trip to Illinois. I'll definitely come back.

I love the lady at the front desk and the guys are all nice and professional I enjoyed my month stay there I definitely will be back again
