Great customer service can’t complain just one thing I needed to idle the air condition unit it wasn’t as cold as it should be, but I open the window and I was fine that’s all that was am little issue. I had other than that great will come there again.

Room was fine. Front of the fridge looked dirty and the pipe was broken on the sink. Otherwise nice and clean

The man who checked us in, Greg was wonderful and kind. He made us feel so welcomed on our first trip to Illinois. I'll definitely come back.

I liked the location most, with nearby restaurants and shopping. Secondly the comfortability of the entire hotel!
